Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singh, said our responsibility is to ensure seamless /better services to our subscribers first. However, EPFO has set the example by giving quality services during pandemic but it is not enough wanting more improvement. Our software is not upto date. More sophisticated software is required to be developed. To provide better services EPFO has started numerous grievance portals to register their grievances like facebook, tweeter, EPFiGMS etc. It is observed that 40% of grievances related to KYC update pending with employer login.
It needs to resolve so that our subscriber can apply their claim online from their mobile phone. We are facing a deficit in pension areas. We need to strengthen the compliance and recovery areas and ensure compliance from the defaulter establishment. For which we need to set up district offices across the country so that EPFO offices are available within 50 km of subscribers so that any can easily resolve their problems easily. On the other side our EPFO employee is not happy. We are providing better services to our subscribers on the cost of lesser technology, bigger manpower working day and night, Saturday Sunday even on holiday for the betterment of Organization as well as for our esteemed subscriber. Faulty policy ruining the carrier of some cadre in the organization. We try to set right the faulty policy and frame better policy by constituting a core committee to tie up with the higher authority.
